PILATES

Jen is a STOTT Pilates Certified Instructor, and her classes are fuelled by a passion for mind-body connectivity and the use of full breath pattern to release unnecessary tension in neck and shoulders and to activate deep core stabilizing muscles to support your spine and improve posture.


Pilates helps to develop the body awareness and strength we need to find well-being in our everyday lives. It takes a holistic approach to wellness, emphasizing head, neck, trunk and spinal alignment in order to bring a state of harmony to the body. The key to a healthy back is to bring balance to the important relationship between stability and mobility and by practicing this balance you will be strengthening your core. 


Some additional benefits of Pilates are improved posture, heightened body awareness, increased energy levels, increased strength and flexibility, and greater core strength which helps prevent injuries.

Jen’s dance classes are fuelled by a passion for full body expression, carving pathways, fluidity, big and subtle movements with an emphasis of strong technique and curiosity of how you move your body through space. Evocative music and dynamic sequences with give your mind and body a work out.
